I’m a Senior UX/UI consultant with 15 years of experience working in the design industry, helping organisations to build better products.
Alongside this, I’ve also extensive knowledge in the world of innovation with a deep understanding of design-thinking frameworks, tools, and methodologies which has helped me to manage and coach teams to implement better ways to innovate internally.
I love talking about design and innovation at events and am a big believer in design doing, encouraging people to think differently and get stuck in.
For the last 8 years, I’ve run my own successful design consultancy, managing teams, and building great products.

Formed by award-winning digital creatives John Griffin and myself, Wolfcub was born out of the desire to drive businesses forward through innovation.
As Director of Design & UX, my role was incredibly varied but key responsibilities included:

Freelance Senior UX / UI Digital Designer
Unbornecreation was a small boutique design agency, which focused on helping companies to improve the user experience and design of their products, whether that was physical or digital.
As a senior UX/UI designer, I was in charge of managing the overall user experience of the products I worked on, conducting user research, interviews, helping to map out the information architecture, user flows, road mapping, backlog as well as the design and development of the visual language.
I worked on everything from mobile and desktop applications, websites, online services, branding, animation, and print for clients such as Google, Cartoon Network and You Tube.
Freelance Senior Digital Designer
Brightwave Group is the leading agency for next-generation learning products and services. They create cutting-edge digital learning solutions focussed on specific performance requirements to enhance any organisation.
As a Freelance Senior Designer, I worked closely with the wider creative team to help shape and design what each of the overall learning experiences looked like, so anything from how the user experience was mapped out, right through to its visual execution.
During my time there, I worked on projects for Canon, Sky, Channel 4, Lloyds Banking Group, KPMG, Tesco and Bupa.

Toaster is an independent digital agency specialising in creativity, design and technology.

As a Freelance Interaction Designer, I worked closely with the creative team on the design, production and development of online banner advertising for clients such as Google and YouTube.

Attic is a boutique learning agency which focuses on creating bespoke digital learning products and services.
As a Freelance Interaction Designer, I worked with their internal creative team on the design and production of a large digital award-winning learning course, for KPMG.
Senior Print / Digital Designer
Foundation is a full-service marketing and design agency. They are well known for their down to earth approach and have helped some of the leading brands to deliver award-winning brand and marketing campaigns.
As a Senior Designer, I worked with a small, yet dedicated team of creatives to lead projects for a wide and varied range of clients such as the Great Yorkshire Show, Best Western Hotels, ITV and BTCV. From initial concept to the finished article, my role was varied, designing everything from branding, print and animation, right through to web design and email campaigns.
Midweight Digital Designer
Riverdale Publishing was a leading exporter and manufacturer of greeting cards in the UK.
During my time working for them as a Midweight Designer I was involved with the design and publication of greeting cards, producing brochures as well as promotional posters and flyers for NEC events. Duties included working on both the retail and wholesale side of the company, distributing to Clintons, Birthdays and Marks & Spencer.
Freelance Interaction / Digital Designer
Early into my career, I worked in a freelance capacity, predominately with small businesses and start-ups helping them to shape their brands with anything from branding and print, right through to animation and web design.
