With nearly two decades of experience in UX, UI, and design leadership, my focus today is on how design functions as a strategic capability: shaping decision-making, strengthening collaboration, and driving meaningful outcomes.
Most recently, I led and grew the design function at Ford Credit, helping to define the role of design, develop the team, and raise design maturity across the organisation.

I work in close partnership with teams to build alignment and lasting change. My approach centres on understanding what truly matters: the people, the purpose, and the potential, and using design to create clarity, momentum, and impact that lasts.
